Sundance Festival

What do I do with sun's charity?
When it goes over the top
Scorching to bed and searing to rise
My sleep screeches to a full stop

P.S> An ode to two days of scorching summer and the red-eyes the red hot sun has given me. No one thought it to be a good idea to have air-conditioners in Seattle. Local warming anyone?

Have been reading about the fires and the heat in the news. Here's to me sending some of our recent rainstorms your way. :)

@Vi: Thanks so much. If only rains traveled as fast as the internet does :-)

what bout curtains/blinds? I have heard they can be very effective...:)

Parth said...

@Sparsh: That's true

@Pallavi: Not really. Definitely not against all the heat that traps itself in the house

@All: As I type this, we have had a thunderstorm in the past 12 hours. I love it :-)

Sounds like any regular day in my life in Singapore :)

It's not been quite as bad here but for once I find myself wishing it would rain more!

@Radha: So Singapore becomes as intolerable as Seattle? :-)

@Extempore: Ya, I heard that the rains have deserted Mumbai after a spell or two
