Form reading material.
Reading approximated;
Forms subjective opinion.
With such levels of indirection,
Is it a surprise that
so much gets lost in translation?

What is lost in translation is ultimately a gain. Else we would be a singularly unremarkable, unimaginative, unoriginal race :).
That is a good perspective. My take though, was the difficulty in expression. Tools such as language don't serve the purpose with 100% efficiency.
